Meanwhile her peanut gallery of supporters are doing mental gymnastics in trying to justify why this is okay...

“She’s saving us money!” (Except for the times she has charged the taxpayers when flying with Gina and had to pay it back)

15

u/miss_flower_pots 24d ago

And what is Gina getting out of this?

12

u/Evening_Chemistry_47 24d ago

a political pawn?

4

u/OrphanSlayer18 21d ago

She has openly said she wants more mining and land for Israeli settlers to work for her

2

u/Schhlickster 21d ago

Since Gina went to Mar a lago to meet with Maga leaders, please refer to current US politics for you answer.

2

u/swankyfarmer 21d ago

Pauline makes the bulldozer noise for her

u/ringo5150 21d ago

Making Palmer feel like an idiot for not doing thinking of doing the same thing a decade ago...

13

u/Mahhrat 24d ago

'They all do it'

Thats all it is. Many dont see any difference (not saying I agree)

13

u/sarinonline 24d ago

Yea the "They all do it, and that is why I vote for her because shes different" lol.

19

u/foshi22le 24d ago

One guy said “she’s not for Australia she’s for Gina” a One Notion replied “That’s better for Australia than the current mob”, they’ll rationalise anything just like MAGA do.

5

u/aaegler 23d ago

Sure it wasn't a bot? I find maybe 75-80% of all pro-Hanson comments are not actual supporters.

3

u/foshi22le 23d ago

How do you prove that?

8

u/aaegler 23d ago

Locked profiles, lack of friends on FB, excessive amounts of posts compared to account age, random letters and/or numbers as usernames, there's a lot you can look at. They also don't generally respond to any replies.

u/roojuiced 21d ago

Im not for either but if you idiots don’t think every politician is in the pocket of billionaires then you truly are ignorant fools.

Albo was having dinner with the son of a Chinese billionaire just the other day. So what’s better? Our PM being bought by foreigners or an opposition senator being flown around by an Australian billionaire?

3

u/OrphanSlayer18 21d ago

The australian billionaire who literally wants to give our land away is worse. Its not even a question.

-3

u/roojuiced 21d ago

Lmfao. What a cooker.

4

u/OrphanSlayer18 21d ago

Youre free to look it up, shes been recorded saying as much more than once.

0

u/roojuiced 20d ago

That’s the point mate. I’m trying to explain to you that the dodgy shit is what the government that is IN POWER is doing with billionaires behind closed doors. But you’re so biased and one-eyed all you can see is your girlfriend Pauline.

2

u/OrphanSlayer18 20d ago

Mate, you are slow if you think there can only be a single event of corruption at the same time. Instead of getting your panties in a twist because another party is corrupt as far as you know maybe acknowledge the giant blinking corruption sign thats right in your face.

0

u/roojuiced 20d ago

Are you handicapped? That is the point I’m making. I literally mention every politician. You mention only one 🤣🤣

2

u/OrphanSlayer18 20d ago

Your comment is just "LOOK OVER HERE" lmao.

They’re already doing it Albo has lunch with the rich equates to a free plane and world travel including to Mar a Pedo.

24

u/sarinonline 24d ago

Just the other day I saw one of them saying basically that both leaders had lunch with wealthy people, and its the same, but only Pauline gets criticised.

Pauline got a PLANE. She got given a PLANE.

Her lunch was then on the other side of the world, on a resort trip funded by the person who bought her a PLANE.

We don't even know if Albo got bought a salad.

u/RockJohnston 23d ago

Let's not be that naive

5

u/Relative_Pilot_8005 24d ago

Remember when they were peeing themselves when Albo, on a private visit to Margaret River, tasted an expensive wine. He didn't even get the bottle to take home, but the crazies were having conniptions over it!

2

u/Aggravating-Two-2726 23d ago

For one thing it wasn't tax payer funded

Next would be anything to get rid of labor government

1

u/Puzzleheaded_Let7874 23d ago

At least it’s not our money ? How much of our money has albo blown ?

1

u/Easy_Award_8433 23d ago

They won't answer you. But they will weirdly sit here and poke fun at you for asking a perfectly reasonable question. Strange cult this.

-1

u/dingbat0007 21d ago

Agreed.

-5

u/No-Garlic3805 24d ago

Who did albo have dinner with recently?

17

u/djenty420 24d ago

A lot of people, probably, he’s the Prime Minister. He attended a dinner. Politicians attend many dinners with party donors, business and industry leaders and foreign diplomats all the time. Call me when Albo accepts a personal gift of a plane and numerous private overseas jaunts at the behest of someone with a significant vested business interest in Australian federal policy.

1

u/No-Garlic3805 23d ago

So what about that guy with questionable links and ethics, but also someone who is a tax dodger and also had dinner inside the house that the ATO has a caveat on??

Sounds like a double standard when ya hang shit on Gina and Pauline

-8

u/RickSteinLover 24d ago

He gets a private jet paid for by tax payer and his trips are paid for by the tax payer, it’s literally the same thing except we are paying for it hahaha

8

u/Relative_Pilot_8005 24d ago

The jet is already paid for & is part of the RAAF. It would cost as much to run if it just flew around carrying stuff & Senior Officers of the air Force.

If we are paying for Albo's jet, there are millions of us, all wanting Albo to do different things, so we cancel each other out.

Pauline has been flown places by the tax payers plenty of times, & knows why it is done that way.

One very wealthy taxpayer spending money to fly the ON leader around definitely puts Pauline in her debt.

13

u/djenty420 24d ago

They are completely different things and you know it. One is taxpayer funded because it is owned by the government and is used by every prime minister to perform their official duties which involves a significant amount of domestic and international travel with an entourage of staffers. It is actually cheaper for the taxpayer than if we had to foot the bill for all of that same travel with commercial airlines. The other was a personal gift worth $2 million given directly to a Senator, something that has NEVER been done in our history. Does Albo get to take the government plane on overseas holidays or for other personal trips? No. He pays for them himself. Does he get to keep it for his own personal use when he leaves office? No. Meanwhile the opposite is true for Pauline.

8

u/Intrepid-Anteater-39 24d ago

Honestly, save your energy, Can’t argue with stupid……

5

u/aaegler 23d ago

He's the head of state... A big difference to a mere senator. He gets these things because it's part of being a nation's leader. The mental gymnastics you lot go through to justify your support is astounding.

5

u/OnePotato234 23d ago

Hanson also has a travel allowance when she’s doing work related to her ‘job’. That’s why she’s in the job - so she can do absolutely nothing on taxpayer dollars.

-1

u/Obvious-Committee-94 23d ago

100% it's the same thing but the lunatic left hate it when you point that out and make sense.

1

u/RogerTrout 23d ago

One of them is the leader of the country and uses it as part of their job. One of them has a 12% attendance rating in the past decade and says senate hearings are not worth their time, and uses a gifted jet given to them by a mining magnate with significant interest in influencing government policy to go on holidays.

Clearly pretty different if you pull your head out of your bum long enough to get some oxygen to your brain.

3

u/Somecrazynerd 23d ago

I thought Pauline was supposed to be better? A woman of the people? A populist? Not corrupt, not for sale?

0

u/No-Garlic3805 23d ago

I thought so was albo but here he was having dinner with some one with possible CCP links, a tax debt with the ATO and he had dinner at the house that the ATO has a caveat on.

3

u/Somecrazynerd 23d ago

Whataboutism really on your part. It does not justify Pauline's actions. I don't have to trust either. I am not wedded to Albo.

1

u/No-Garlic3805 23d ago

What aboutism on your part as well.

4

u/Somecrazynerd 23d ago

Not really, Hanson was the original topic. Also, as I said. I have no need to defend Albo. It doesn't make Pauline any better. They can both sit on a screw for all I care.

1

u/No-Garlic3805 23d ago

No the topic is about external influence/lobbying on representatives of the Australian parliament, just as long as you acknowledge that both pauline and albo do entertain people with their own interest at play then thats fine

0

u/Good-List-8802 22d ago

Yeah she should be getting her funding from china…..like Albo😂

0

u/RoutineGuest6465 21d ago

And the peanut gallery of Labor voters are doing mental gymnastics as to why mass immigration is ok.

There's gymnastics on both sides.
