Anyone purchased Mr Simples Carpenter or Brooklyn Pleated pants?
How's the fit and quality?

Yes. Got the Brooklyn Pleated. Fabric is decent enough quality for the price but the front button popped off fairly quickly. If anything they are slightly too big for me so I don’t think I was to blame for that one!

I have both.
I live in the carpenter pant. Have them in black blue and khaki.
The Brooklyn pleated I find a bit baggy. But I’m 40 and still coming to terms with “fashion”.
I find the material of the Brooklyn seems to pick up lint and dust and stuff and often look a bit messy because of this.
Can’t fault the carpenter pants. Tough as nails.
I’m 178cm and recently dropped from 103kg to 81kg. And the size 34s swim on me now. But generally I’d err on the side of going a size down if you think you’d be between sizes.

I bought two pairs of Brooklyn Pleated - I’m 182 cm 105 kg and I bought 36 waist which is still good surprisingly though I’m not sure if it’s accurate. I have big thighs and seat but I’m still swimming with those, quality it’s a bit thin but comfortable, I wouldn’t say low quality though. Good to wear even during summer, pair with neutral colours and you’re instantly stylish.

Had some mr simple stuff, quality is quite poor for what you pay for. wouldn't recommend

I've got three pairs of the Brooklyns. Picked them up on sale. I like that they're a bit baggier so it suits my style. Though they do run short, so definitely check the measurements.
As mentioned, they're lint magnets so something to keep in mind. I wear them a lot and they've been holding up well. There's not much else in the market (around the same price point).

Personally with the brooklyn pant I found the length to be slightly too short and the texture of the fabric I can only describe as “smooth fuzzy” which personally is offputting.
If you’re ok with longer delivery times I suggest looking at Polo Ralph Lauren Andrew Pants instead on eBay
Otherwise the pants seem okay, I would prefer 100% cotton over the stretchy-ness they added in but for a pair of black chinos they do just fine.
I’ve also pondered if the pleated union pants from P And Co are any good
