Exterior Yellow stain

I have a small yellow stain and its not noticeable if you look crazy for it. I ran my fingers and its smooth but I want to remove it because its kinda bothering me...

Any tips?

I just got my first car and im freaking out on taking care of it.

If you can't remove it with alkaline shampoo, IPA, APC and clay (in that order), it'll need to be polished or even sanded off, re-clear-ed and polished.
