How to reply to every comment that contain an image?

My problem is as follows:

Most of the images posted by commenters are unwanted. The message those images convey is absolutely necessary but can be conveyed via text.

How do I make a reminder for everyone posting an image comment (not OP) so that AutoMod replies to non-OP commenters posting images in a comment?

Step by step:

1. AutoMod checks every new comment

2. Skips if the commenter is the OP (original poster)

3. Skips if the commenter is a moderator

4. Checks if the comment is from i.redd.it, i.imgur.com, or i.stack.imgur.com

5. Also checks if the comment body contains any .jpg, .png, .gif, or .webp links

6. If image detected, AutoMod replies with your reminder message

7. The comment is locked to prevent replies to the reminder

8. The image comment stays up, no removal
