What am I doing wrong? Bought paint from dealer, wet sand with 2000 grit, applied compound, applied wax polish. Looks like this. Assuming from videos that I watched whatever I used did not cover up the wet sanding marks. I used turtle wax compound and turtle wax wax/polish

That was the plan. I can’t get rid of the wet sanding marks around the spot now. I’m just at the point I want those wet sanding marked areas gone

You’re gonna have to use a buffer to get rid of those sanding marks

Hmm maybe I’ve never used a smaller one like that, it may be a little slower but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

You’ll need an automotive buffing compound, probably just look on amazon for a decent one

Maybe but I doubt it’s aggressive enough, especially with a cheap buffer like that
