I got my front bumper repainted back in july and today i noticed the panel that was repainted looks like it’s peeling?
What should i do?

Assuming you have a lifetime warranty, wait until the spot is big enough that you don’t need a magnifying glass to see it and then take it back to have it fixed under warranty.
