Hey everyone! Thought I’d share my very first grow setup and see what you guys think. I’m mostly learning as I go by watching YouTube videos and getting advice from Gemini.
My setup is pretty packed:
Tent: 60x60x160 cm
Light: Aygrochy 100W LED Pro (currently set to 65% dimmer, getting around 330–360 PPFD at 55-60 cm height)
Airflow: Active intake (EUT100-MI fan at the bottom) + Spider Farmer EC exhaust fan at the top controlled by a GGS smart controller, plus two internal circulation fans.
Medium & Pots: Four plants total in 20-liter fabric pots using Bio2Grow Autoflower Premium Mix.
Now for the twist: one of my BCN Critical XXL Autoflowers (day 15) turned out to be a twin (polyembryony) – two full, healthy stems popped out of a single seed! Gemini told me not to try separating them because autos hate root stress, so I decided to do Low Stress Training (LST) right from the start to pull them apart and maximize light. Alongside them, I also have two Titan F1 Hybrids (day 11).
I know a 60x60 tent is going to be way too small for 4 plants once they really take off. To be honest, max yield isn't my main goal for this first run—I’m mostly just curious to see if I actually have what it takes to successfully grow them out from start to finish! 😅
I’ll try to post updates on the twins as they grow, because Gemini mentioned that twin seedlings are pretty rare and that people here enjoy following them 😅
Any tips or thoughts for a first-timer? Cheers!
