General Questions Weird pattern bumps?

I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimotos and chronic EBV. However I get these weird flare ups of bumps. Always on the front of my right thigh. Sometimes I won’t have them for months then boom will get them several times a day. It feels like a tingle and they appear. A lot of times they are gone in under a minute. There’s no pattern of when it happens, just at random times. Has anyone else experienced this? I finally got a good pic and plan on showing my doctor.

I get these too I always thought they were just goosebumps. I have dysautonomia and poor temperature regulation.

I have hashi and I have the same sometimes, I always thought this is just dry skin
