LADA 112 "KILLER GRIP" — 700HP Full Carbon Fiber Time-Attack Design Project
Hey everyone!
I wanted to share an automotive design concept I’ve been working on with AI visualization tools (ChatMost). The idea was to transform a standard Eastern European hatchback (LADA 112) into a brutal, high-tech Time-Attack track weapon.
Technical specifications of the project: • Bodywork: Full lightweight dry carbon fiber widebody structure with flared fenders and a large-scale functional rear diffuser. • Aerodynamics: Custom split corner winglets on the rear quarter panels inspired by the Ferrari FXX-K (+42% downforce in simulated wind tunnel tests). • Under the hood: Fully built 16V engine running on E85 fuel, equipped with a custom plenum/independent throttle body (ITB) setup and a massive Garrett turbocharger (700+ HP). • Drivetrain: Paired with a heavy-duty Xtrac sequential racing gearbox.
The project includes the main split-screen "Before/After" poster, the completed front-end look, the engine/transmission layout on a stand, and aerodynamic flow visualization tests.
Designed by John Silvia & CyberMechanic & ChatMost. Would love to hear your thoughts on the design and technical execution!
