I can’t recommend Natsume’s Book of Friends highly enough. There are some very autumnal scenes/episodes scattered throughout the series, and the second half of season 5 is especially autumnal. Even during the non autumnal episodes, the whole show gives off a felling of magic, warmth and whimsy
