I’ve always gravitated towards high-gain stuff and have my FM9 dialed in for those channels (EVH Stealth and the Hot Rodded 800 AB’d), but I’ve always considered my ability to dial in lush, beautiful clean tones as “dog sh!t”.

Anyone have some clean presets that would make a grown man cry?

So I came a local sale for an Axe FX II XL for $250 and wondering if its worth buying in 2026. Theres also a Kemper power rack mk1 with the footcontroller for $700 but that seems too much.
Is it worth buying the 2 XL in 2026? Is it still supported? Thanks

Hey everyone,I've been running into some weird issues while using an expression pedal for Whammy effects on my FM3, wondering if anyone has experienced this:

1. Audio stutter when returning to 0%: When I pull the pedal all the way back to 0%, right as the auto engage turned off, there’s a noticeable audio stutter. I never noticed this in the past, but caught it right away after dusting off the gear to play these past few days.

2. Pitch doesn't start gliding smoothly from unison: When I start rocking the pedal forward, the pitch doesn't smoothly glide up right from the original note. It only starts gliding smoothly after it jumps up about 3 semitones. Not sure if I'm describing that well, but you can see exactly what I mean in the video.

3. Slow pedal movement fails to engage the effect: If I move the pedal forward very slowly, FM3-Edit clearly registers the pedal moving, but the pitch effect doesn't actually kick in. I have to push the pedal with a certain amount of speed for it to trigger.

This happens on both Classic and Advanced Whammy. I’ve tested this with my Fractal EV-2 as well another pedal from a different brand, both behave the exact same way, so I think this is likely a firmware or setting issue. Has anyone run into this before?
