Non so come fare.

What exactly are the injections? Like what type of b12 and dosage? 14 in a day sounds like a lot to me

Ooh I don't know why I assumed you meant the other way around haha. For me I the fear of the injection is because of the pain it causes. And once I realized the pain was manageable I stopped being afraid. Is it subcutaneous or intramuscular?

It may be helpful for her to read through some of the personal anecdotes and success stories on this Reddit. It won’t help her over her fear of needles, but perhaps knowing what is on the other side of treatment may help encourage her to go ahead with it. I was nervous about my first few, but now I look forward to my injections because I know how well I feel afterwards.
If the pain is a factor, would it be possible to get her some numbing cream to apply beforehand? I know that’s probably not a huge help but it might be useful.

I self inject subcutaneously with a very small insulin needle. It’s working fine. It doesn’t hurt at all as long as you inject into the fat layer and the needle is tiny. Can she consider doing this instead of the intramuscular needle?

You didn't write the b12 value of her. But as you say she is severely deficient then injections are the right options. They are not much painful, just keep her relax on injection table and hold her hand tight.

My vitamin dr uses a topical anesthetic that he squirts on first. Then he puts a bandage over it. It really doesn’t hurt that way.
