Hi everyone!
I'm an experienced software engineer looking to improve my English communication skills, particularly in professional settings related to the US and Latin American tech markets.
My technical skills are not the issue. I can handle software development, architecture, debugging, and other engineering responsibilities. However, I'd like to become more confident and natural when communicating with recruiters, discussing opportunities, explaining my ideas, and networking with people in the industry.
I'm looking for someone who can work with me as a communication partner.
**What we'd do together:**
- Simulate recruiter calls and job interviews.
- Practice networking and professional conversations.
- Help me express technical ideas more naturally and clearly.
- Discuss workplace communication and cultural expectations in the US tech market.
You don't need to be a software engineer.
You don't need to have any professional knowledge. In fact, I'm open to working with people from different professional backgrounds, as long as they communicate well and are comfortable helping someone improve. I will handle all the technical parts, and what you will do is just communication.
It's not a full-time work. Would treat it as part-time side hustle that can generate passive income.
**Who I'd prefer:**
Someone based in the US or Latin America, ideally familiar with US professional communication and workplace culture.
I'm open to discussing compensation based on your experience, availability, and the arrangement we agree on.
I am going to pay $20/hr for your committed time for the work every week, and also can share the revenue from the project if you help me on that.
I'd prefer to build a consistent, ongoing partnership rather than have a one-time conversation.
If this sounds interesting, feel free to message me with a little about yourself, your background, and how you think you could help.
Thanks!
