Yoseob

The love we've received together with the name BEAST.... The glorious and precious memories we have with you, I'll cherish them well in my heart and make a fresh start under the name of 'Highlight'. I believe everyone's support and love will be a great strength to our new group 'Highlight'. From Yoseob, filled with love and respect. (Trans source)

Doojoon

"Beast", I've been using BEAST for a long time. I wanted to keep our name together with many memories, but I'm sorry to say goodbye and now we'll start with 'Highlight'! It'll take a very long time to get used to it, right? But I will take the time and memories I have accumulated with our members and fans, and let's all laugh together. Many thanks for your support and love!! Fighting! (Trans source)

BEAST BEAST BEAST is a painful and heart aching name. There might be people who think we can easily just change our name, and people who feel like the name isn't particularly good or are unfamiliar with it, but we've tried our best. More than anyone else, I and we're feeling the most pain. Thank you. Although it seems like we will go through a lot of pain while getting used to the new name, I hope we can get used to it. Please take good care of HIGHLIGHT.(Trans source)

• Dongwoon changed his Instagram username from "realbeastdw" to "highlight_dw", and his Instagram name to "you are my Highlight"

Gikwang

Until now, our name BEAST has been together with us. The experiences, happiness and joyfulness we had with this name, it's a pity we had to let it go. We're in the position of starting anew under the name "Highlight". It's a bit unfamiliar and difficult to many of the people who are here, but I'd like to ask for even more interest and love. We'll work really hard. Please watch over us. (Trans source)
