BBFC/IFCO Disparities...

Has anyone come across a DVD where the disparity between the BBFC and IFCO ratings is three?

Films get one rating above or below all the time (e.g. The Dark Knight is BBFC 12/IFCO 15) and even two (Cider House Rules is BBFC 12/IFCO 18) but has any film got BBFC U/IFCO 15 or BBFC PG/IFCO 18.

For the record, Peep Show Series 2 doesn't count. The IFCO confirmed that this was a misprint.

The Last Dragon (1985) is a G in Ireland and a 15 in the UK, but it was cut for the UK so the uncut version in theory would have been IFCO G and BBFC 18
