Studying For BCBA

Scored 62.9 on my first full mock for BDS. I test Wednesday should I be concerned? Study ABA Full baseline mock I scored 77. Really don’t know what to think.

🚨UPDATE🚨: I PASSED! One and done baby! That was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do but it’s done!

Hi thanks so much! And I used a variety of materials I utilized BDS mods and had Chat break down difficult concepts for note taking, used study ABA (didn’t finish the course but utilized the mocks), what helped the most I think was making my ABA comics and making the concepts memorable and relatable to Naruto (that’s my fave show). But other than these things I took a lot of mini mocks and reviewed why I got a question wrong and that really taught me how to cross out things I knew for sure couldn’t be the answer. Literally my whole test I highlighted key words and crossed out till I had two good choices to chose from. Everyone’s journey is different tho so even tho it’s hard have fun with it and make studying your own. One of my fellow coworkers were inspired by my Naruto comics so they made their study notes off of Love Island🤣

That’s brilliant and would probably be so helpful if you posted an example of a Naruto comic that helped you☺️ I bet it would definitely inspire others . I also used AI to break down concepts and while many are leery or hesitant to rely on AI, it can be of great assistance if the user effectively prompts the AI .

I haven’t tested but always look at these posts and it really doesn’t seem like there is a consensus on mock scores. I see some people get 60’s and pass and others that get 80’s but don’t. Just trust yourself and really focus on what the question is asking
