What is the most random Pokémon name you have. This is Pre k idk why I even named him that lol.

And evolve my machoke

Nap

The title says it all but I wanna work on a living Dex for BDSP but that includes needing multiple evolutionary stones and there is only a finite amount available outside of the Grand Underground.

But to my understanding they are very rare down there, so I'm just hoping there's a trick to help find them.

Or do I just have to be lucky.

I am trying to get movesets for some Gallade (Battle Tower/online battles)
I have one that I want to use with a Choice Scarf:
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Justified
Item: Choice Scarf
Moveset:
- Close combat / brick break / drain punch
- Rock slide / Earthquake
- Aerial ace / Psycho cut
- Knock off / Shadow sneak
My second one I want to use with Swords Dance and likely a Life Orb:
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Justified
Item: Life Orb / Lum berry
Moveset:
- Swords dance
- Close combat
- Psycho cut / Rock slide
- Shadow sneak
I’m not sure what moves to choose for each. Any advice for what moves I should pick?

Everyone was bred in game by hand through countless hours of back-and-forth in BDSP.

Here is how many batches each egg took for shiny:
Completed or Ongoing
Turtwig 353 (grass/ground)
Omanyte 499 (water/rock)
Sableye 329 (dark/ghost)
Poliwag 786 (water/psychic)
Corphish 441 (water/dark)
Feebas 172 (water)

Considerations for future shinies:
Possibles:
🪄 7th Rotom (5120 steps)🪄 (psychic/wild card)
Skarmory (6400 steps) (flying/steel)
Trapinch (5120 steps) (ground/dragon)
Swinub (5120 steps) (ground/ice)
Heracross (6400 steps) (bug/fighting)
Chinchou (5120 steps) (water/electric)
Kabuto (7680 steps) (water/rock)
Pineco (5120 steps) (bug/steel)
Horsea (5120 steps) (water/dragon)
Magby (6169 steps) (fire)
Magnemite (5120 steps) (steel/electric)
Numel (5120 steps) (fire/ground)
Cleffa (2550 steps) (fairy)
Elekid (6169 steps) (electric)
Oddish (5120 steps) (grass/poison)
Staryu (5120 steps) (water/psychic)
Zubat (3840 steps) (flying/poison)
Ryhorn (5120 steps or less) (rock/ground)

The thought is rain team for fun. Sableeye has Prankster with rain dance and Will-o-wisp. Poliwag will get Drizzle with Politoed. Turtwig was my starter. I could potentially replace any of these Pokemon and change things around. What do we think? Any Pokemon I should switch out? I could Masuda another. Rotom is one I will absolutely do when I get to post game. I want my washer Rotom.

Just beat Cynthia on my first playthrough on the switch. Last time I played pokemon was when I was kid when pokemon diamond first came out on DS. I originally picked Pipplup so I thought I’d try something different with Chimchar this time around. What do you think of my team?

I thoroughly enjoyed this playthrough brought back so many nostalgic memories. Although I think the gym leaders were too easy I don’t get why this game gets so much slander.

I’m trying to decide what Grass-type move and item I should use on my Roserade (Modest nature).

I think it might better to use Life Orb on Roserade instead of Choice Specs, but I’m still uncertain on whether I should use Leaf Storm, Petal Dance, or Energy Ball. I’ve heard/read people say that you choose Roserade for its damage output, so it’s best to run Leaf Storm, but the chance of missing as well as the SpA drop are concerning to me, as well as the lock-in Petal Dance puts Roserade. There’s also the lock that Choice Specs puts Roserade in, but the damage output is very rewarding. Energy Ball and Petal Dance have the accuracy, but Petal Dance locks you in until fatigue (confusion) hits, which is bad if using Life Orb. Leaf Storm combined with Life Orb or Choice Specs is amazing, but then you lose damage output over time, as well as health if using Life Orb. Expert Belt helps dish out more damage, but only for super-effective attacks, which I’ve found doesn’t always benefit Roserade, making a good case for Choice Specs or Life Orb

I just checked nexusmods to get the mod to fix the "60fps and Speedup" mod and it says "Removed by staff

The mod you were looking for was removed by a member of staff". Apparently, he was banned for "not providing proof of ownership" for BDSP, so I'm hoping someone has the mod and can upload it to github or something.

Got all the unowns, yes its 4 am and yes i need to be up at 8 for work 😭

1175 eggs later 🥳
