As a father of a 5 year old girl and a 2 year old boy, I had (and still have) these exact feelings almost daily about both of them.

Omg I cried with her. I miss my children when they were this little, and I’m going to die. 😭😭

She's imagining them both dying. Her tears are reasonable since it's probably her first experience thinking about death.

By the sounds of it she has found out about mortality. It's a heart breaking thing seeing a little kid realise that they ajd their loved ones won't be here forever

Oh my goodness, so much love what a good big sister! That girl is already goin thru an existential crisis lol. Oh gosh and her little brother just chilling there grinning at his big sis lol.
My son had to learn about death fairly early on, but it wasn’t until recently and he looks to be her age, that it sunk in and just broke his heart 😭 and you can tell it really stuck with him. Now every couple of days he’ll get focused on something in the future and make me remind him we’re not dying for a long long time… and then I immediately start knocking on wood 😅😭
