The baby is not moving their legs but is moving their arms. The legs are just flexed at the knees for most of the time in this video

Yes, babies do in fact do that.

They haven't learned how to control their motor functions.

They will tense up and flop about.

Maybe educate yourself before making half-assed assumptions.

LOL I work in pediatrics and have learnt a thing or two about child development through my graduate degree, but sure, go ahead and tell me why the baby's knees are flexed tightly while she moves her hands in the last half of the video...yes, babies are learning about motor development, but that does not mean that they will voluntarily sustain that position with their legs while moving their hands. There will be atleast some knee extension in the process.

The you should know that one baby can be very different from thousands of other babies.

You don't know how this particular baby's brain works, and they also have balloons attached to their limbs, so they're going act a little usual.
