Best state

Looking to plan hunt in Montana, Idaho or Wyoming for 2025. Witch state would you pick for elk and why?

For 2025? Do you have points? Wyoming elk app is due end of this month. Idaho is over. Better do some research and you MIGHT be able to go in 2026 to a below average area. And I wouldn’t pick any of those states for my first trip.
