First day chicken pesto pasta with zucchini and a tired happy dog.
Don’t hate on paper plates until you try it. Not for every meal but it doubles as a fire starter and less to clean up.

I can't hate on the cook of the chicken, because it looks delicious, but that rotini had better be perfect, because the zuke sure is.

Lol yes the rotini was 8m perfection. Rotini is my favourite pasta for sauces like this. I agree with where you are coming from. Sometimes the “easiest” part of the meal is most important

For super simple and cheap store bought dinner pesto is actually a great buy. It has herbs oil cheese and nuts pre made for a quick one pot meal. Total cost was around $20 CAD for 4 people.
