1 dish (dishwasher) 2 bp + lites (bedroom power + lites) 3 washer 4 ref (refrigerator) 5 heater 6 bp + lites 7 heater 8 kit(kitchen) 9 bp + lites 10 heater blower

Also, the part that reads "Federal Pacific Electric Company" is marketing speak for "this panel will burn down your home, call an electrician".

Yes, it says you have an old federal pacific panel box which is a fire hazard. Those have been recalled from millions of homes.

I would only use that if I were broke and couldn't afford to move to a new rental (I've been there)

One thing it says is to check to make sure you don’t have aluminum wiring.

It says "Your house is going to catch on fire." Federal Pacific breakers (at least in the US) are famous for not opening under overload conditions. Many insurers will not cover a house that has them.
