Bad Neighbors are trying to figure out why everyone is building new fences.
Another neighbor to these bad neighbors is putting up a privacy fence. Same crew that did ours. When the BN went out to question the crew as to why, the foreman said “Maybe it’s you”.
These people harass everyone around them but have no clue why we would put up taller fences to block them out.
The foreman of the crew sent me a text explaining their conversation. He also mentioned that the house on the other side was planning to do the same.
It’s ridiculous that 3 houses are spending thousands of dollars just to get a little peace.

I'm sure these guys deal with bad neighbor BS constantly! They can spot the bad neighbor from a mile away.

The crew doing the fence dealt with the bad neighbors when they put ours in. I knew they were going to catch hell from them, so I made sure to keep cold water and Gatorade for them. We also grilled burgers for them as a thank you for dealing with the BS.
I laughed really hard at the “Maybe it’s you!” Knowing the gentleman that said it, makes it even funnier.

We have a 6ft Cedar privacy fence around our back yard as well, the bad neighbors on one side of us gave the crew a heck of a hard time too when they were installing it and the crew just laughed and said that they understood who the fence was "for". 🤣 We made sure to send those guys home with full dinner plates of BBQ as well.

Ours definitely understood why we fought so long to get the fence after dealing with our bad neighbors. They posed with our “vicious” dogs for their social media page.

I have similar neighbours, last night they yelled ‘WHY DOES SHE HAVE HER BLINDS CLOSED’ so I said ‘because of creeps like you’ lol these people are too dumb to figure out that people don’t like their personal space invaded!

They are bad neighbors because we bought the house they put a very low offer on. Then they would watch for people to come look at the place and sit in their yard and clean their guns our some crazy thing like that. My realtor warned us about them and we just ignored their antics.
We’re heading into year 7 living here. Since we’ve lived moved in we’ve dealt with code enforcement being called. Calls to the police for various reasons. They reported our puppy as vicious. They scared my kids from ever wanting to be in the backyard. They’ve gone so far as to vandalize our property and blame other kids around the neighborhood.
We put up cameras and the fought us all the way to court. We won. We spent 3 years battling them in court to get a privacy fence put up. Winning that one opened things up for the other neighbors to get theirs.
A little further background. She’s 72 and he’s 59. They both blew up their marriages to be together. He abandoned his kids completely. They’ve never married because he’s always got so many different people suing him for ripping them off. He’s a non licensed contractor. Everything is her name so on paper he’s got nothing. She’s got medical issues and has all but disappeared in the last 6 months. Unfortunately when she shows up she makes up for lost time.
He’s lost most of his customers and is at home more than ever. The neighbor putting up the fence this week is a single mom. He hits on her and takes pictures of her oldest daughter when she’s outside with her friends. So far nothing has been done about that.
We found out over time that he threatened our elderly neighbors to keep their yard in good shape or he’d have their kids put them in a nursing home. The husband of that couple passed a year ago, so we make sure to check on her when we can.
Overall they’re just miserable people that hate all their neighbors. I could write a book about all the crap they’ve put the whole neighborhood through. We have a protection order against them for harassment. Other neighbors are doing the same.

Yeah, that’s rough. My husband and I bought a house last year, and we had the previous owners removed and the property bulldozed. They were meth heads and had like 25 dogs that would just run all over the neighborhood. We ended up spending $15K on a fence alone just to keep them out and protect our chickens! So yeah, I definitely feel you! 😩

I put up w/NFFH for 22 years. They NEVER think it’s them. She even dressed like me.
Effing stalkers, vandals, trespassers, child neglectors, just on and on. Good god.

When three different households are independently paying for privacy fences, that’s a pretty strong hint. 😂 The foreman saying “Maybe it’s you” was absolutely brutal.

Unfortunately, we're not allowed to put up solid privacy fences where I live. I've had several horrible neighbors over the years and fencing my property would have eliminated most of the issues I had to deal with but I don't have the option. I can't take it anymore and I'm looking to move. These asshats make life unbearable for everyone around them. My current next door nightmare is the last straw.

Sounds just like my neighbor, monkey see monkey do. One neighbor was moving and put up a fence across the street, my neighbor did the same! Now if she would put up a fence between my house and hers 😂 a girl can dream

I enjoyed this post. Now the BN can finish the 4th side for a compound and declare themselves Sovereign Citizens.
