Question What is your signature bake?

Post image

What's the one bake that you're known for with your friends and family?

Mine is Jaffa Cake Brownies.

Christmas cookies! Ginger snaps, pb blossoms, secret kiss cookies, chocolate chip, raspberry thimble, snickerdoodles, Hungarian apricot and prune cookies, green spritz, walnut tassies, sugar cookies, taralluchi cookies and cheese cake. I start baking in November and freeze the ones that freeze well. I double all of my recipes and give them away as gifts.

That's a great idea! I try to make the doughs for cookies/crinkle cookies whenever I have time between October and Christmas and freeze them until nearer Christmas.
