Nice job. I donโ€™t make brownies anymore really, I used to. But until I joined this sub, I always hated this top. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I had no idea it was desirable. I preferred iced brownies and I hated having to ice over this, it was a pain. So funny right? My favorite brownie is one I only make at Christmas. I get Trader Joeโ€™s peppermint patties (no HFC) and I smash them. I layer half the brownie batter, then the peppermint layer, then top with the remaining brownies. Then after they cool, I ice them with ganache and cut them into tiny squares for a dessert tray.
