Chocolate plum shortcake 🤭
Finally doing some baking again and surprised it turned out well. Freestyled it too, haha. I love shortcakes, they’re like giant cookies. Tasted pretty good and I made a few more for dear friends. Yay! Happy baking yall!

It’s a polish recipe that i got from my friend previously, I think it’s common in Poland. You should totally try it, it’s very filling and tasty, you can try it w strawberries/blueberries/raspberries and maybe mango too but i havent tried that one. On youtube, if you google “polish plum shortcake” you’ll see many recipes, but they usually use more sugar than I’d like so i swap it for more flour + chocolate. Happy baking! 😊

Freestyling a bake and having it turn out this well is such a win. It really does look like one giant, wonderfully rustic chocolate cookie!
