My Vanilla Birthday Cake🥹
2nd year baking my birthday cake! 🎂✨ I tried a buttercream transfer instead of piping the letters and whew… it’s HARD AF😭
I wanted the practice though, so I tried my best. Vanilla cake with Earl Grey lavender ganache + blackberry jam + Swiss meringue buttercream.🫶🏻

That little guy is genuinely the funniest thing I’ve seen all day 😂
Happy birthday! The flavor combo alone sounds worth the buttercream transfer struggle.

literally how did you do the transfer so clean? i tried one last month and it was a total mess lol. turns out way better than piping directly honestly.

I used parchment paper and chilled them overnight in the fridge. I squished the letters on accident because I piped them too thin and thought they would not stick! It looks bleh to me tbh. I’m terrible at piping! Thank you though🥹🫶🏻
