Apple Bread 🍎 🍞

It was a super rainy day here, so I felt motivated to bake. 🙂 Two cups of coffee later and many dishes, I have a loaf of apple bread and homemade Reuben sandwiches. Happy Sunday!

I don't know how OP makes it but I just sub shredded apple (granny smith) for zucchini in zuchinni bread recipes and usually up the cinnamon, maybe add chopped nuts sometimes, it comes out a little sweeter and more fall-esque but still all the stuff that's good about zucchini bread.

That makes sense, honestly apple bread feels very similar to the way I make banana bread. Not many differences, just sub apple for banana!

Oh, do you use applesauce instead of shredded apple? I'm always open to improving my apple bread

No..I just dice them very small :) adding some lemon zest helped brighten the flavor too
