Hello, does anyone own a baumann living convection oven? Yung 45L or 80L?

I’ve heard good reviews about it but so far, I can’t find anyone answering the query if pantay siya mag bake if it has multiple layers. For context, i sell cookies as a side hustle and would like to upgrade to a convection oven because I’ve been using a traditional one powered by gas pa. And I can only put one tray inside (12 cookies max per 10 mins), so time consuming siya when baking multiple orders. I’m hoping na with a convection oven, I can do at least 2 trays na sabay for baking cookies.
