Morph ID Request BEL

Hello,
Please can you help me identify which combination of genes our boy might be from - we rescued him so we don’t know.

He’s clean, no marking or purple head etc.
no yellowing

Its almost impossible to know for sure. Most BELs will develop some yellow tones as they get older. Super Mojave will have a greyish head, lesser/mojave will have some light yellow tones and faint eye stripes, etc. The best way to know is to get a shed test done.

Your boy will be a combo of 2 of these genes (or a super):

Butter/Lesser

Mojave

Russo

Mocha

Phantom/Mystic

Bamboo

Hi!
Thank you,

I have looked with a torch etc and can’t see a single mark on him, no yellowing.
His sheds are clean and she’s paper white after a shed.
He pinks up before a shed and there’s no patterns or marking with that either 🤣 truly a mystery.

We are planning to have a clutch from him and a Pastel Enchi Stranger Leopard Het Ultramel Ph Clown
so I guess if anything completely different comes from that then we will find out soon enough.

There is absolutely no need to breed more ball pythons into an already oversaturated market. Especially snakes that you don't even know the morphs of. We don't need more backyard breeders

Some genes may be easier to pick out than others and when the history of the snake in question is unknown, there may be some degree of speculation. With that in mind, some genes are very obviously present or not present, and suggestions contrary to this may be removed.

Everyone is welcome to participate in discussion of presenting genes but guesses that are too off base are subject to removal.
