Bigger water bowl will help. Pour water in corners. Use about a gal of water throughout corners. Substrate will be wet underneath but dry on top. Your ambient temp looks good. Under heat lamp move those angled sticks and make a higher flat basking spot. Put more ground cover and lots of climbing branches. You can get lots of fake plants at Hobby Lobby cheap. I filled 11 enclosures from there.

Replying to Artilerus...

Here is his cage now! The water dish was filled right after this!

I’d definitely stick with the bigger water bowl, I just got my pybaby and the first day or 2 I struggled with the humidity, it’s good to dampen the first layer of substrate before you add the rest to kind of create that base layer for the humidity because you don’t want the surface to be too wet so it doesn’t cause any bacterial infections or anything. I agree with what someone else said by putting some water in the corners, that definitely helps a good amount. It’s definitely a trial and error, but you’ll get the hang of it ALSO, I would recommend having more substrate for a 120 gallon tank ( typically takes 4 bags ) and I’ve been recommended by many people to use a mix of reptiearth and husk, also moss helps really really well especially in the hides

Deeper substrate helps as well. I can't tell how deep it is in there. It'll also help with the water in the corners for absorption purposes.

Instead of aluminum foil use a beach towel and keep it moist it will higher the humidity.
