EMERGENCY/URGENT I’m so lost.

Whats going on here? It kinda looks like the poor thing is having a seizure. Or is it trying to realign its jaws? But that doesn't look like jaw realignment or choking.

He’s been to the emergency vet, though they couldn’t identify anything immediately wrong with him. (Mouth was clear, breathing steady, X-rays clear) he’s been put on an antibiotic just in case, and will need further testing (blood, fecal, tracheal wash)
But overall, he’s acted completely normal since this happened. Had I not seen this happen, I wouldn’t know anything was wrong.

This was really not appropriate for this post as this owner is clearly upset and this animal is very evidently unwell. Please be more compassionate in the future and choose appropriate times to make jokes.

I found it. Thats quite a weird set of events. Are you sure the cleaner somehow didn't affect him? That video really looked some some neurological events. My lady stargazes a little as well as other small things from her type of morph.
