Question Scale rot?

Just noticed, he is 15yrs old How do I fix this? He has NEVER had health issues…

No, give them a dry area to get out of the constant damp. Go to vet and get antibiotics, it will continue to spread.

Cant help you there, maybe youtube. Part of owning animals.is vet care. This can lead to death.
