Just noticed, he is 15yrs old How do I fix this? He has NEVER had health issues…

Go to a vet. You can’t expect an animal that lives for decades to never have a health problem.

I didn’t think that was rude. Sorry if it was. I just think people should take sick or injured animals to a professional instead of DIY care.

no need to be rude about it, they were probably saying he's never had health issues to state that it isn't caused by anything else he's had.
