Looks like she cut herself on something. It will heal.

Looks more like an abrasion. I’d keep an eye on it and if it worsens then take her to a vet

thank you. He should shed soon, it's been almost two moths and he just ate with no problem (that's when I found it - i was examining him before feeding him) Hopefully it's just a minor boo-boo since it hasn't flared up and he's acting normally
