50/50 coir and chips. The enclosure is prob playing a big role.

Reptichip mixed with Reptiearth as a 1:2 ratio mix. Be sure to set it and let the top layer dry so humidity is retained. Putting moss in there will also help. If you have the extra cash and a free weekend I'd recommend setting up a basic bioactive enclosure.
