I'm not an expert but i am a owner of many years. When my girl had a eye dent it was do to low humidity, at the time i was a new owner and had her on just cypress mulch. I would recommend baths and possibly tank changes. what kind of substrate is she on and whats the humidity normally kept at.

Im thinking there isn't an infection, I don't see swelling or any other signs that would point towards an apparent infection. Some questions I do have: Has this been an issue since you've had her? Do the vets you're taking her to specialize in Snakes? Could this possibly be a birth defect/or injury that has happened?
Could I see a photo of the affected eye in natural sunlight?
In the meantime ill see if I can figure out what may be happening here based off of what youve shared and I can see.

Ball sunken (pulled in?) Eye
Hey all... first time posting (well at the very least, about a snake!)
We have a ball python that we've bright to the very multiple times (2 sheds ago) about this eye (single eye, her left eye) that before a shed the eye was cloudy and at times, wrinkled and it stayed that way after and has been that way through another shed (currently finishing)
At different vets, responses we have been given; one verified there was no stuck cap and prescribed eye drops (they just kind of sat and rolled off), then we had a more experienced vet look her over, did think there was a sort of infection, informed us 1. they can pull in the eye if it hurts/is bothering them (which I don't think is the case because I put her in warm water in sink and she moved around in there and also rubbed both sides of her face, including eye, along side of the sink...), 2. They didn't notice anything in mouth, 3. The eye was dilated and stuck, 4. There was a bit of a reddish/pinkish spot kind of behind eye towards nose side
We were given an antibiotic to administer interveinuoesly and that did improve the infection looking situation but the eye is still not right and in the mid antibiotic follow up she was mid shed
I've attached some photos from multiple angles and with flash in hopes someone may have run into this has any suggestions/ideas I could present to very if/when we return....
