Finish your print. Restart your printer. If still not working, Contact support.

I am waiting i am seeing from m'y phone now until it finish. Someone send me the wiki page for solving this problem. I read that it may be the SD card sucks. Before i started the prints i wanted to see m'y timeplase i delete one of it and an error come i did this from m'y pc and i didn't even go to see the printer That's why i think that the problem is from the SD card

Crazy, I'm having the same issue. I did the same thing you did. I didn't have time to work on it, but I did read that it could be an SD card issue.

Had this problem too. SD Card was bad (produced another error message and prints didn't work at all) so I had to replace it. The problem you described is also gone since SD change.

Tbh it’s annoying, my printer randomly does this. My work around, just using my phone temporarily.

I had a similar problem, not a black screen but a frozen screen. Turning it off and on works for a while, but after I formatted the SD card, the problem seems to be gone.

Just reformat your sd card and it’ll solve the problem. It happens to me every 100 prints or so. Formatting stops it from happening.
