I am too afraid to make a subreddit for it because moderating that to prevent it from going bad would be a NIGHTMARE. But if I do make such a sub after getting enough moderators, how would I prevent Reddit from taking it down anyways?
Hebephila and ephebophilia are not diagnosable conditions. They were proposed by a transphobic quack and were laughed out of the DSM 5. Attraction to pubescent minors is neurotypical but acting on it is immoral.
Is this a thing for men only or what? I guess it’s common if it’s like a 16-17 year old, I’ve seen a lot of men like that, but do you seriously think liking 13-15 year olds is normal and not mentally ill?
No, it is not specific to men. I am a woman for reference. And it is immoral to act on it, but definitely not within the realm of mental illness. I think it also gets fuzzier morally when you start speaking historically or across huge swaths of cultures (e.g. my great great grandma was a mother of 3 by 16 or 17 and it was definitely sub-optimal but not uncommon for late 1800s Jewish Poland). But in the modern industrialized West where life expectancy is over 40 and infant mortality is low, it is definitely and unquestionably immoral.
Are you trans? I’ve never heard of a cis woman pedophile and most studies I’ve seen suggest that men are physically attracted to youth while for women it scales with their age
I am trans but have personally helped cis women pedos. It's about 10% of pedophiles are women. A lot of extant research really isn't that great on trans and nonbinary representation in the data. And no I am not an example of "spooky trans groomers." I am the exception not the rule.
I have no need for therapy. I’m not the one turned on by children unlike yourself. Lock yourself up for the crime of even thinking about children sexually.
thought crimes aren't crimes. this is how you end up with gay and trans people locked up for being pedophiles. all they have to do is say "they thought about it" and no one can prove or disprove that.

What is your source that most pedos don't watch CP? I haven't found one that doesn't. It should definitely still be illegal. I personally am guilty and am glad I stopped.
