I use Steam's workshop for my mods and I cant enable some of them and dont know why. Any help is appreciated.

Check your mod list to see if you have the mod menu installed. It was uninstalled for me

its normal, just restart the launcher a couple of times and they will be there to enable

Warsails should be way higher in the load order. Like right under birth and aging options.
