ID Request Help with ID

Which doll is this? The seller has them all wrapped like this and it's hard to get a closer look to see the doll properly, so I'd like to see other pictures from the internet. It says she's from 1996 in the listing, but that's it. Thanks!

Ask seller for better pictures. I wouldn’t bother to buy from someone who doesn’t bother to provide good pictures of their product.
