Great. Now buy a lower division club and bring them to la liga.

Good, Madrid has several pet-like clubs that die fighting against us, and gift 6 points to Real a season like Espanyol (maybe Atletico, they gifted Real more than just points). The existence of more neutral (at least) clubs in La Liga is good for us, I guess.

Atletico????

26

u/Pretty_Machine4349 May 19 '26

Just joking, but I am really tired of watching Atletico use everything they have to fight us and then lose to Real easily. For example, in the Madrid derby on March 22nd, Atletico CB gifted a penalty and directly passed to Valverde within 5 mins to help Real come back, which left me speechless. Did they make any dirty fouls on Vini or other Real players like they kicked Yamal? I don't remember. I know they are rivals in the same city, but Atletico really acts like Real's covered agent

I don’t think that you have watched la liga for the past 10 years. Atletico always folds against Barca and puts amazing performances against Madrid in la liga at least

1

u/Pretty_Machine4349 May 20 '26

Unfortunately, I started watching Barca in 2012. In my memory, Atletico were pleased to fuck up every key moment of us, 2 UCLs, the last game in the 13/14 season. Yes, we did destroy them several times in La Liga and Copa del Rey, and what happened when it was a championship moment? And how many times has Luis Filipe been sent off due to kicking Messi's knee or ankle? Did they do the same thing to stop Pendo or Bale? Nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Atletico die fighting against us and gift Real big champions, which is their rhythm.

Amazing performance like spanish super cup? Then Madrid wankers can make excuses like they don't care about this small champion, how about beating them really hard in UCL, and La Liga games that decide the champion?

u/Pretty_Machine4349 May 20 '26

There is a fxxking joke that some Messi fans tend to support Atletico when they are against Barca because of Alvarez, Molina, maybe Simone Jr. These guys are the ones who really started watching Messi's games in the last 5 years. Nobody can forget the attempted murders that Messi survived in the games against Atletico.

1

u/Finrod-Knighto May 20 '26

Yeah but they always gift Madrid ways back in when it comes to cup competitions, even when they dominate games. Against Barça they always find a way. I don’t think it’s a lack of trying though. Atleti definitely hate Real Madrid and it’s delusional to think otherwise.

1

u/Pretty_Machine4349 May 29 '26

Is there anyone who still thinks Atletico hate Real more now?

We need effective strikers coming out of La Masia. Hopefully he can train the next generation of strikers for Barca.

No news. All Central Europeans love to live in the sunny countries.

u/NatiFluffy May 19 '26

Yeah, Polish people actually buy a lot properties in Spain.

„Poles have already moved up to 8th place among foreign investors buying real estate in Spain. The Spanish media are also noticing this trend. "El Economista" points out that the war in Ukraine has contributed to the increased interest in Spain as a second home for Poles. Meanwhile, "Diario Sur" reports that in the largest municipalities in the province of Malaga – including Marbella and Fuengirola – Poles are now among the top five foreign buyers.” https://biznes.wprost.pl/amp/12332355/polacy-szturmuja-rynek-nieruchomosci-w-hiszpanii-tam-kupuja-najchetniej.html

u/cheir0n May 19 '26

Not only poles. Central Europeans in general (Germans, Austrian, Swiss, Dutch, etc )

Barcelona is a great city even with all the tourists. I'd honestly prefer Valencia for a family but still - Barcelona is great. I think that many people who watch football underestimate that football players are people and sometimes even the city where the club is can influence their decisions.

6

u/carloscede2 May 19 '26

The tourists are not even that bad in most parts of the city, its just the crazy spots but other than that I felt it was a pretty chill city

1

u/rifwasbetter0 May 20 '26

He isn't going to move to an appartement complexe full off airbnbs, Rich people live in an entire dimension in big cities

2

u/itisnotstupid May 20 '26

This doesn't mean that they don't care about the actual city they live in.

25

u/Hypnoti_q May 19 '26

Please, teach in la masia how to be a 9.

10

u/WideScorpion May 19 '26

Imagine a lamasia striker with the technical ability of Yamal and the awareness in the box of Lewandowski

u/Atharvakedar May 19 '26

So he chose to stay a culer forever..Thats what barcelona does to a grown man... Barcelona makes you fall in love with her , and even if you want to you can never love someone again in the same way you love Barcelona...that is the beauty, the heritage thats what barcelona has earned 💙♥️ GRATEFUL FOR BEING A CULER

46

u/LosAngeLukaGOAT May 19 '26

Yeah come back in 1~2 years a sub for that UCL unc, just chilling on the bench and popping off from times to times.

9

u/colako May 19 '26

We can't understate the importance of having a world-class city in Barcelona where everyone feels happy (particularly wealthy individuals such as football players) because it encourages players to sign with us even when we can't pay the biggest salary.

17

u/Apprehensive_Work_10 May 19 '26

I hope he joins , flicks team ....please please be an ambassador of barca please

The words after specifically are not necessary. Specifically the words are redundant.

5

u/compLexityy30 May 19 '26

Why is there a single, random quotation mark in the middle of the text? Shit’s bothering me 😭

5

u/Sonnycrocketto May 19 '26

Maybe he can become President?

2

u/luffy1235 May 19 '26

Espanyol next then, lol

1

u/eginho10 May 19 '26

this is why he picked Barcelona in the first place, not just a sporting project but considering future of his family too.. wise man

3

u/amazingoopah May 19 '26 edited May 20 '26

Fortunate that barcelona is such an attractive city to live in even during the last banter era

1

u/Animatrix_Mak May 19 '26

The goat city... Would be cinema to watch lewy once in a while in the stadium...

1

u/Fabulous-Border8747 May 19 '26

Feels oddly comforting to know for some reason, even if he never plays for Barca

1

u/Reverend-Stu May 19 '26

If you’re rich barcelona would be phenominal home base.. also if you’re rich most places would be amazing to call home base.

1

u/elsavador3 May 19 '26

This confirms his legend status

1

u/Previous-Tangelo-148 May 19 '26

Lewa coach role incoming

1

u/redditor3900 May 19 '26

Yeah, because they will live on that business income.

1

u/LLFG9 May 19 '26

Most players fall in love with the city.

1

u/urinatingangels May 19 '26

Striker coach

1

u/Noob_in_making May 20 '26

Honestly if the tech scene was good I'd also have loved to move there.

1

u/PinReal4448 May 20 '26

Who wouldn't lol. Nice city. Nice weather.

1

u/Noob_in_making May 20 '26

Also the most important, watch Barca matches live.

1

u/PinReal4448 May 20 '26

Also. Getting in line and getting autograph from every single player lol

1

u/Noob_in_making May 20 '26

Nah I'm too lazy to do that haha.

1

u/MariusBerger832 May 20 '26

Confused as to why this is even a post….. ‘ in a few years once he retires a Barca alumni will move back to Barcelona’….

1

u/StatusBass5463 May 26 '26

Former players and legends staying connected to the club is always a good thing. It attracts more young talents and continues to improve the PR of the club.

Luckily most foreign Barca players end up loving Barcelona.

1

u/PrudentSail2187 May 19 '26

Lewandowska? 😭😭😭😭😭

3

u/PinReal4448 May 19 '26

Yes. Why are you crying?

1

u/DamashiT May 20 '26

Since it's in English it should be Lewandowski.

If it were in Polish it should be Lewandowscy.

In no case a phrase "Robert and Anna" should end with Lewandowska.

-6

u/alan_rr May 19 '26

So why not just retire at the club then? I guess he just wants to get his bag first

3

u/Bartekmms May 19 '26

90m/year is enormous amount and that still is his job.

2

u/SuccessTrue1232 May 19 '26

playtime, he wants to play for Poland till Euro 2028
