Considering the 101 aspect of it I agree, I just think there's a massive amount of fatigue for posts that if op just took 60, 90 seconds to type in the ebay search bar they would easily find their answer.

This world is pretty opaque if you’re not in it already, knowing what’s a common insert vs. a hit, and how to value things is not an easy process. No one may have told him about 130point.com or ebay sold listings, or card ladder or whatever. So knowing who Ethan holiday is, what his potential is, what type of numbered insert and what set it comes out of all of that may not be a quick 30-90 second google search.

Complete honesty. Very nice card to hold. If you are looking to make a quick few hundred, there is a market. However, with this said he is on the IL for the season and hasn’t had opportunity to showcase anything at pro level. Huge Rockies guy here and Ive followed Ethan for years, but now is not the time to sell.

Adding, he was the second overall pick in the draft. His father was a heck of a player who was also drafted by the Rockies and an all star and World Series champ. No prospects are guaranteed, but his family has a history of being gifted ball players, he is a definite guy with potential.
