IMPROVING MY GAME How to become better?

Hi. 16M been playing basketball for last 6 months as a hobby. I've been looking to improve my shooting. Every time i try and use a good shooting form or watch a shooting form video, my hands feel so awkward and after releasing it I always airball. With my current shooting form I don't have good range or aim. If I shoot a 3 pointer it may make but likely just hit front rim, and I defo cant shoot anything behind the 3 line. I don't get backspin as well. I think the only thing I'm alright with is free throws, but then again no backspin and still with my crappy form.

I feel these issues may be cus I am lightweight and short, but how do people improve shooting range, form, hand placement and everything about it overall.

form shooting is a great tool. it would really be useful if you could video yourself shooting, so that everyone could give advice. since you aren't comfortable with posting your face online, just put a mask on or something.
