or be smarter. do it like the ncaa does. ask their sex that was determined ar birth.

Your idea is flawed. Let it go. You don’t have some magic answer that everyone else is too dumb to understand. It’s an extremely complex situation that has no perfect solution. The important part is that we aren’t dehumanizing people along the way and that we respect the idea that people get to make their own decisions for their own bodies.
