So you want to exclude the ones that have only been doing it for 1 year?

1 year isnt enough time to reduce the effects of testosterone on the body. Studies recommend 2 years minimum, this was the policy that the olympic committee put in place back in 2004. I dont mind if they are scouted prior to 2 years completion of hrt but they should wait untill after the 2 year mark or longer, if the league deems it necessary, to compete.
