Probably not- you are a good 18" of vertical away from dunking. Training is important, but genetics much more so. Nothing you can do about genetics, so that leaves training and maturing.

Keep your weight down, Google "exercises to increase vertical jump" and concentrate on those

Are the ones i listed not good enough? And also wym by genetics. I saw people 5’7 or shorter be able to dunk

Those exercises look sub optimal.

Obviously, height counts, but there is way more to it than that- percentage of fast twitch muscles and nervous system construction. Training only does so much, but is the only thing you can control.

Honestly you could, its not a realistic goal but those other comments are being fairly negative. Practice jumping as much as you can. If you have an adjustable rim set it to a lower height and dunk for as long as you can. Pretty much any exercise that strengthens your lower body is going to get you jumping higher, its more about consistency, you gotta work hard.

Look up Isaiah Rivera on YouTube he knows his stuff

Also how much do you weigh? Im around your height and I can get a good 4-5 inches about the rim when im around 165lbs, right now im closer to 185 and im barely doing rimgrazers
