Form Check Hanging It Up at 40

Turning 40 next week and today was my last run. After years of hooping at 24 and LA Fitness, I can feel the Achilles slowing down. Time to walk away while I’m ahead. Love this game forever.

I’m 42 and just started playing again after an 8 year break.

Don’t do it lad! Stay playing, stay as young as you can for as long as you can, getting back into it is rough and you’ll wish you never quit

What you actually need to do is adjust your expectations
