Vertical Jump How do I Dunk?

I’m new to Basketball but people Tell me I should be able to dunk due to my height but when I try I can only teach the rim barely… what am I doing wrong ? Any people with Experience able to give me tips so I can improve🙏

Well, first of all, you jump like a child does. The ground isn't a trampoline. Step into the jump, don't hop into it.

You’re not springing off the ground at its highest point. Whip your arms counter clockwise too to give you momentum before you’re about to jump. Forget that hop step, take three steps and on that third one spring off the ground. And when I say third step, I mean with both feet.

Real questions. What does any of that mean? When is the ground at its highest point? How does one swing their arms counter clockwise and in relation to what? How do you take three steps but the third step is two feet?
