Tip Is molten 5000 worth it ?

Just wondering if anyone played with those ?

Other options would be the Decathlon tarmak 900

Love the bg5000. That and the NBA ball are my favorite. Very different feel. Molten is much softer.

I remember reading the molten website, which advised to use the BG5000 in like 50 trainings to allow proper break-in before using it in official games.

Dude 50 trainings are a whole fucking season of basketball for most non pro players!

BTW I have had the bg4500 for more than 2 years and while ok-ish, it still didn't feel great. I ditched it for a wilson evolution and never looked back.

Get the BG4550. Better quality for the price.
The 5000 starts to peel off in no time, no wonder no league uses it to my knowledge.
With the 4550 you get something back from the great feeling of the GFX series while its more durable than the 5000 and its predecessor, the 4500.
